How to walk down the aisle like a supermodel!

Keeping your balance on your big day is very important — here’s how to show off your dress, heels and figure to make sure you look absolutely stunning!

  • Put your heel down first and keep your legs together to keep your body centred. Take small steps; make sure one foot is secure before you move the other.
  • You may have found the most beautiful pair of stilettos, but it’s no use if you can’t walk in them! Consider a thicker heel, or even wedges.
  • Check the floor of the venue before you buy your shoes. Thick carpets, cobbled courtyards and lawns all hate heels!
  • If you’re worried you won’t be used to your shoes on the day, practise wearing them! Pop a pair of socks over them to make sure they stay clean until their debut.
  • High heels will lengthen your legs, make your hips sway and push out your bum and bust. So walk tall!
